Over the past few months I have been trying this new "Hair Routine," all in efforts to promote healty hair. I have come up with a weekly plan that works for my hair and I wanted to share with you all.

How I achieve my FRO
 1. Co Wash -  Any VO5 conditioner FULL bottle. Detangle. Process 45- 60 mins. Rinse.

2. Shampoo - Use Moisturizing/Hydrating shampoo (Dove or one of your choice) 

3. Henna Deep Condition- Shakaikai, Amla, and Imported Henna. Mixed equal parts of henna to hot water to create a paste. Set aside for 15-30 mins. Mix in with a thick moistuizing conditioner and oil of your choice. Process 1 hr. Rinse until henna is completely removed. 

4. Deep Condition Treatment - Specialtiy mix. Amla Oil, extra virgin olive oil, tea tree oil, plain yogurt, conditioner. Process 1 hr. Rinse.  

5. Sealing & Styling - Apply specialtiy mix daily moisturizer on damp hair, along with heat protectant. Detangle. Blowdry. Seal with 100% Raw Shea Butter. Braid/Twist into style. Tye down hair with silk scarf. NEXT DAY:Take down finger until your FOXY!!   

6. Daily/ Hot oil treatment - In a small spray bottle mix OIL BASED moistuizer (Olive oil, tea tree oil, sweet almond oil, eucalyptus oil, very small amout of water). MID WEEK: Vatika cocanut oil. Melt and fill squezzy bottle with 2 oz. Apply. Style. Rinse out in 72 hours.  BEGIN AGAIN

Brush hair with stiff brissle brush to stimulate blood flow to the hair root. Scalp treatments (promotes healthy hair)
